Please Note:  Our Jenna room is not shown at this time on our website.  But it is a marvelous room.  With a queen bed, luxury linens,a 3/4 bath (shower,toilet,sink)  and a 20"flat screen t.v. with built in dvd.  What makes it really great is the price.  Perfect for those of you who just need a room for one night before you head out to Victoria or to catch an early flight or perhaps to go out hiking for the day.  Located on our lower basement level, you will agree along with everyone else who has ever stayed in it that this room can't be beat for value.  Located next to the media room and the coffee bar it is full of ammenities with an outside patio and a nice hammock swing for your relaxation.  At only 119.00/night double occupancy including breakfast.  

 Before you take a tour through our room gallery, please take a moment to look over a few of our policies.

Check in is from 4:00p.m. till 7:00 p.m.  However we realize that the travel time out to our great peninsula is sometimes longer than we anticipate therefore if you find your self running late please call and don't worry we are fine  with late check in as long as you contact us we will be happy to help you make your late arrival arrangements.  Also absolutely don't just drop in if you are early, we may not be here or we may not be ready for you.  So if you find yourself needing to check-in early call us and make arrangements Okay?

We have a very liberal cancellation policy:  You must notify us 72 hours prior to cancellation.  However if we are able to rerent your room we will do that and refund your money.  The 72 hours is applicable to that day.

We allow children over 10.  Call and ask us about our great facilities for families traveling together we have some great room combinations that we can do to make it work for your family.  This is a great home to rent the whole place for your reunion the decks are wonderful and the grounds are great fun for everyone.  And if you rent the whole house than the rule on children under 10 does not apply.

Check out our Josiah room that can be added for guests traveling together.  This room is directly across the hall from the Andrew room and has two antique twin beds. This room can only be rented in conjunction with one of the other rooms as an add on as it does not have its own bath.   Make sure to ask about this room when booking and we will be happy to get you additional information.
